Reconciliation & close
Maintain the books and reconcile bank and credit accounts, with open questions identified and addressed.
Construction bookkeeping
Reconciled accounts, bills coded to the right place and a clear view of what is owed. Build a dependable record underneath your contract reporting and financial decisions.
Illustrative structure. Your scope is agreed together.
Start at the source.
When transactions, invoices and job records live in different places, every financial question turns into a search. Put the recurring work on a defined footing.
What the work includes
Maintain the books and reconcile bank and credit accounts, with open questions identified and addressed.
Record bills and code them against the work. Payment scheduling and disbursement are separate services.
Maintain invoices and aging so outstanding balances stay visible. Collections follow-up is scoped separately.
An important part of the scope
When job costing is in scope, labor, material, equipment and burden can be coded to the job and compared with the estimate. It is optional and metered, and we agree on the inputs with you before starting.
Without job costing, the contract-margin-against-estimate row on the Contractor Position Page is not included.
The handoff
Agree on the inputs and responsibilities so the recurring work has a practical rhythm.
Source records, approvals and answers to transaction questions.
Reconciliation, agreed coding, invoicing and the recurring close.
What is still open, what changed and what needs a decision.
One catalog. Your scope.
Start with the record underneath the work. Add the required support and the elective services that fit.
Core
Bookkeeping and reconciliation, bill entry and coding, invoicing and aging. Job costing is optional and metered.
Compliance
The services required by your contracts, government, surety, insurer or lender. Only the items that apply to your business.
Growth
Elective budgets, forecasts, capacity models and scenarios that support your next decisions.
Add-ons
Tax planning implementation, payroll processing, bill pay and collections follow-up are scoped separately.
Before either side commits
The free Financial Risk Assessment is required before we agree to work together. We review the risks and opportunities, then define the services your business needs. You keep the findings and the plan whether or not you go further.
